"Think" is a four-letter word that has the potential to shape your entire life. It's a simple word, but its impact can be profound. What does "think" really mean? Let's break it down.

T - Take a moment: One of the most important things we can do is to take a moment to pause and reflect. When we're in the midst of a problem or challenge, it can be easy to get caught up in the heat of the moment. But taking a step back, taking a deep breath, and giving ourselves a moment to think can help us make better decisions and avoid impulsive mistakes.
